having fun with the suggs

So first I just want to tell all the people that have tagged me....I"m Soooo SORRY!! I just haven't had any time to do it. I'm not ignoring you, I just haven't done it. But hopefully soon. I just didn't think I would be so busy, which I guess is a good thing. So the other day I went out with Marisa (my new bff) and her family for their Christmas pictures. I just love taking pictures of kids. Marisa loved where I got mine done so we went to the same place (downtown Pomona at the train station). She looks so good in all her pictures....and yes Brian you look good too. (You did a good job, thank you) Her two youngest kids Miley and Levi are the same ages as Wyatt and Shane, so it's so much fun to hang out. And Wyatt just loves Miley (who wouldn't).

And this is my favoirte shot. Miley (on the left) was such a sweetie the whole time, she did that all on her own. I love the way this came outAnd here is their Christmas card. I love the colors that she choose. She pretty much designed it, I just did what she told me. Thank you so much for your friendship Marisa. I hope that I can only be as good of a friend to you as you are to me.

capturing the jorgenson clan

Yesterday I got the pleasure of taking the pictures of the Jorgenson family. They were so cute. Whenever we were able to get Taylor (the oldest) to smile, she looked ssooooo cute. And twins are so adorable. I just love taking pictures of kids. The twins couldn't help but put the leaves in their mouths. But it kept them happy. Thank you so much for letting take family pictures, it was fun. We'll miss you when you move!

These photos are my Favorite!! I love the way they came out! I could wish Landon and I could look so good.
Thanks again and I'll miss my visiting teacher!

my time with the tolmans

So yesterday Lydia Tolman and her husband and our family did a trade. You take our family pictures and I'll do your family picture. It was awesome. I finally have a picture of our family with me in it. We had such a fun time with them. However, I don't know if I'm more excited about the pictures of our family or the pictures that I took of Lydia and her husband. They came out so beautiful! I had so much fun. That is what a photo shoot should be like. I was kind of feeling down about my photography and stuff, and felt like I just wasn't getting into the groove of things. And now I feel that I have been pumped back up. Of course I didn't have hard subjects. Her and her husband are photographers as well, so they knew how to pose and give that look your going for, so they did all the hard work. But I had so much fun! ( can I say that enough) Here's just a few of my favorites, I don't think the blog will allow the whole file to be uploaded, because all of them came out so good. I'm excited to get the pictures of my family, and when I do I'll post them. I saw a few and they were awesome. Her website is http://www.loya.ch/ She's an amazing photographer. Thanks Lydia!
This was by far my favorite shoot of the day. I loved it!This came in second

for the love of water

So the other day Wyatt was throwing a fit as were driving home, and as we were pulling in he said he wanted to water the grass. ( in other words he wanted to water....himself) So I said "OK". But all I could think about was that the cars passing by were thinking I was a terrible mother, for it was only like 65 degrees outside. However, my son was as happy as possible and wasn't driving me crazy. He was so cute I even took some pictures. You could see the coldness on him. Here we have him watering his chest. He did enjoy that.
And of course how could a little boy go without doing something to his manhood. Yes he had to water it. Maybe he got the concept....if you water it, it will grow. And him drinking the water. And him filtering the water through his nose. That I had a good laugh at.About the fifth time around of doing that routine he called it quits. Luckily as of now, he's not sick.

our thanksgiving weekend

Saturday we stared our Christmas traditions. It's been a tradition on my side of the family that we get our x-mas tree Thanksgiving weekend, so we got one, and tried to put up the lights. (I hate that part and I always get stuck with that job.) But it was so cute when Shane started to play with all the lights. It was all shiny and bright.....he couldn't resist. And on Landon's side of the traditions it was ( and he thinks he has to carry it on, which it one of my least favorites) is that we all sleep under the Christmas tree the first night. So we did. I'll have to say, I did sleep better then I thought I would.
On Sunday my dad came over and we had our little Thanksgiving dinner with him (expect we did tri-tip instead). We got out the race cars for the boys to play with.....all the boys. Wyatt and Shane were going crazy, it was really funny. It was so funny watching Shane trying to keep an eye on the cars as he tries to catch one. That I wish I had a video camera for.
OK how cute is that. I love this stage. Shane is the happiest baby ever..... I love him!!

please to announce mr. and mrs. holland

I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding for the newly Mr. and Mrs. Holland. They were married at the Redlands Temple on Saturday and it was just beautiful. My favorite part of shooting this wedding was that I could totally feel the excitement and love that the Bride and Groom had for each other. The reception was the best part. They had a full on party, it was great.

I love this picture of him lifting her up and dancing in the middle of everyone else. It was as if no one was around and it was just them alone. I was so glad that I was able to catch that!

Thank you so much for letting me part of your day! You guys look so good!
